RoBear's Hickory Smoked Salsa was born in 1997 in Carrollton, Texas, through the combination of hand smoked and roasted jalapeño peppers with a traditional South Texas family salsa recipe. RoBear's founders (Robin and Bear) began by giving the jars of salsa out as Christmas gifts to their families and friends. Try RoBear's Hickory Smoked Salsa with your favorite tortilla chips. You can also add it to guacamole or queso, or heap it on breakfast burritos, brisket tacos, nachos or huevos rancheros for some real, down-home South Texas treats.
