RoBear's Hickory Smoked Salsa was born in 1997 in Carrollton, Texas, through the combination of hand smoked and roasted jalapeño peppers with a traditional South Texas family salsa recipe. RoBear's founders (Robin and Bear) began by giving the jars of salsa out as Christmas gifts to their families and friends.
